Joji’s Nectar Is an Uplifting Creative Journey

There comes a time in life, when you ask yourself: “Am I hearing the same album as the person doing this review?”. After seeing so many negative reviews I felt the NEED to do a little justice on this underrated album. You might be thinking to yourself “How is this underrated? Joji is getting so much attention”. Perhaps, for someone coming from a YouTube persona, but in the sense of music superstar, Joji is far from known. Just ask anyone in your office or school about Joji, and I bet you, 8 out of 10 people will not know who he is.

But this is not about his fame, this is about his newest album Nectar.

After hearing the entire album, it felt familiar yet new. If you are someone like me who had Ballads 1 on repeat, you will find a new Joji. This time around the vibe is very uplifting, contrary to the negative feelings his previous work bestow. I don’t know what other reviewers were on when writing up their opinion on the album, but this tunes are far from “the same old”.

And if you’ve never heard of him, give it a listen and you won’t regret hearing about it from us.

You can find Nectar on your favorite streaming services like iTunes or Spotify, and even on YouTube.
